What we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. Effective August 27, 2026.
This policy describes how Syntheticore, Inc. ("Syntheticore", "we", "us") handles information collected through syntheticore.com (the "Site"). It covers the website only. Data processed inside the Syntheticore platform on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's agreement with us, not by this policy.
When you use the contact / demo-request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, work email address, and your message. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you — currently Amazon Web Services (hosting and delivery of form submissions) and, when enabled, Google (analytics and advertising measurement). These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Contact-form submissions and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting and are then rotated out. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings we configure with those providers.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and marketing the Site, your consent where required for cookies, and the performance of a contract when you ask us to provide services. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
